This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the power of community and is excited to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. With a strong focus on video content creation across Instagram and TikTok, you will be responsible for bringing our new elevated brand story to life while fostering relationships with our followers, influencers, and UGC creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day social calendar ensuring all posts are approved and scheduled in advance.
  • Execute our TikTok strategy, creating content and copywriting for all posts.
  • Creative briefing: using Asana to create social briefs, work with copy and creative teams to deliver best-practice social first content.
  • Plan and create content using an iPhone and editing apps.
  • Manage and create social content concepts for our social studio shoots and film and edit social studio shoot content.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create social first content.
  • Support the Creative team with photoshoots and video content.
  • Partner with Senior Digital Marketing Manager to identify the best performing trends that should be repurposed for our social media channels.
  • Community growth and management: execute ideas to grow our global community and collaborate with the customer service team to manage and engage with customer/community.
  • Manage and circulate UGC content, creating ideas to increase our UGC and use content across 360 channels.
  • Reporting & Analysis: weekly and monthly reporting on organic results.
  • Create actionable insights after each campaign/seasonal launch.
  • Provide clear and effective support to both internal and external customers, addressing their needs and responding promptly.
  • Co-ordinate and execute influencer gifting.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to build influencer relationships and a roster of talent, including but not limited to selection, briefing and reporting.
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years previous experience in a similar role in social media, fashion experience preferred.
  • Experience creating content for social channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok using editing and scheduling apps.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Photoshop, Canva and in-platform editing tools.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking attitude, with excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling and detail.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and using insights to optimise strategy.
  • Great organisational and time management skills, able to work across multiple projects, prioritise workload and communicate clearly on upcoming deadlines.
  • A passion for social media, influencer marketing and building online communities.
  • Communication: the ability to convey information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Microsoft 365 experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
