The role is based at the heart of our Milton Keynes Distribution Centre. As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of Goods In and product dispatch. This includes arranging bookings, responding to emails promptly, and managing shipments and documentation to support both the warehouse team and transport providers. You’ll thrive here if you’re energised by problem‑solving, dedicated to providing outstanding service, and driven to continually improve. This is a full‑time position, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise and coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams to manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring goods are received and delivered in line with requirements.
  • Create and maintain accurate records of all shipments within our WMS/ERP applications and assist with stock reconciliation.
  • Process shipping documents, invoices, customs declarations, and other logistics paperwork; ensuring costs accurately reflected in our invoices.
  • Coordinate, track shipments, highlight concerns to delivery timelines and summarise to internal stakeholders during weekly reviews.
  • Monitor providers performance to KPI/SLA and compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure sufficient resources in place for goods to be received, stored and dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Support warehouse teams with order processing, customer fulfilment requirements, and distribution labelling, including booking freight with our distribution partners.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic reports on inbound & outbound performance; recommend improvements and ensure timely resolution of WMS/ERP application issues by tracking and progressing trouble tickets.
  • Maintain standards of excellence in accuracy, organisation, and delivery clear communication, effective support to internal and external customers by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
