This role of Account Manager is focused on supporting the delivery of the overall Wholesale revenue & profit with responsibility primarily focused on the international & Travel retail channel. As part of the Partnership team the Account Manager will support the Partnership Manager with commercial management of the accounts completing tasks and delivering the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Operational Support:
- Deliver strategic account plans driving profitable growth.
- Creation and Analysis of Weekly Trading Reports.
- Scheduling with Stakeholders to align production with partner intake dates.
- Be able to identify potential problems and be solution based.
- Coordination of special product requests for Design and Buying.
- Producing and maintaining purchase order management spreadsheets, ensuring partner sales orders are accurately reflected on central system.
- Review ex-factory/intake dates and ensure any changes to partner delivery are communicated efficiently.
- Assisting with New Account Set-up Process.
- Completing product set-up and spec sheets as required for accounts.
- Management of sample requests.
- Oversee administration of allocations/direct collections & invoicing with Administrator.
- Preparation for Key Account Meetings & seasonal sell in.
- Presenting seasonal collections to customers in order to drive sales.
- Liaise with VM teams to deliver seasonal guidelines for international stores.
- Produce monthly best sellers power point/pdf for customers and internal reviews.
- Calendar management including support on booking and organising sales appointments.
- Support setup of showrooms as required for Key Account Meetings.
- Support the Partnership team at trade shows both UK/Europe when required.
- Organising delivery of POS materials upon request.
- Essential
- Proficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook Calendars, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills; approachable and able to manage expectations of both customer and internal managers.
- Driven and proactive individual with a passion for working within a high performing team environment.
- Solid administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience/understanding of the logistics process and administration of working with international suppliers and customers.
- Experience of apparel or accessories-based business.
- Comfortable working to production critical paths.
