We do it by balancing insight with imagination — finding the big ideas and themes that bring inspiration to our work, while ensuring audiences are brought into a behaviour, a position or a message in meaningful and engaging ways.
We’re equally focused on clarity and evidence. That means properly understanding the deep content and shaping information into compelling narratives and ensuring every piece of communication is as clear, logical and accessible as possible. We know how to combine this inspiration and evidence into powerful award-winning work that excites and informs in equal measure.

- You’re confident working across both print and digital environments.
- You enjoy solving complex communication challenges through thoughtful, engaging design.
- You’re collaborative, proactive and comfortable working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- You have strong presentation and communication skills and can clearly articulate creative thinking.
Requirements:
- You’ll have solid proven agency or consultancy experience, ideally within corporate communications, or integrated communications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing annual reports, sustainability reports and corporate communications work.

- Experience of designing for – and delivering through the Workiva platform.
- Excellent typography, editorial and layout design skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role – but we really value and would expect in-person studio interaction at key points on projects and on average, two days per week minimum.
