We’re looking for a Senior Front Office Developer to join a fast-paced Front Office technology team delivering cutting-edge solutions for trading and structured products platforms. In this role, you’ll work on mission-critical applications, collaborate with global teams, and drive innovation across scalable, low-latency systems used directly by traders and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade applications using C#/.NET
  • Build scalable, high-performance server-side and multi-threaded systems
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, product teams, and global engineering groups
  • Deliver secure APIs and web services for business-critical applications
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform stability
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
  • Solid understanding of server-side development and multi-threading
  • Previous experience in Front Office trading environments, preferably within Equity Derivatives
  • Experience with another language like Java or Python is a big plus
  • Familiarity with pricing, risk management, or quantitative modelling platforms would be considered a strong advantage
