Top systematic hedge fund is looking to hire a distinguished business aligned quant developer with expertise covering Emerging Markets to work on a number of high impact initiatives within a very profitable investment team. The firm is continually expanding globally and trades across multiple asset classes and investment approaches.
The ideal candidate should have 5-12 years of experience building research toolkits, risk and analytics frameworks, P&L and attribution tools, dashboards, and operational automation utilities. This will be working as a technologist on an investment team, reporting directly into a Lead Portfolio Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-senior level professional looking to progress their career into a well-reputed quant fund.
What we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related subject from a reputable university
- Experience working directly with Portfolio Managers/traders, analysts and strategists strongly preferred.
- Experience with Emerging Markets and in particular credit related products (i.e. CDS’s, corporate and government bonds, etc), FX Forwards, EM rates.
Compensation is highly competitive, and contingent on experience. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in London.
