A leading tier-1 investment bank is expanding its Equity Derivatives business and is seeking a highly motivated Python Developer to join its Front Office technology team in London. Working within a high-performing Markets Technology environment, you will partner directly with Trading, Structuring and Sales teams to deliver innovative technology solutions across a fast-paced Equity Derivatives and Structured Products platform.

As a Python Developer, you will design and develop scalable, high-performance applications supporting pricing, risk management and trade execution across Equity Derivatives products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance scalable Python-based trading and structured products applications.
  • Partner directly with Front Office stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions.
  • Build robust, low-latency systems within a fast-paced trading environment.
  • Contribute to architecture, code quality and engineering best practices across the team.
Qualifications
  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' commercial Python development experience.
  • Experience working within Front Office trading environments, ideally across Equity Derivatives.
  • Exposure to pricing, risk or quantitative modelling platforms is advantageous.
