We’re partnering with a global investment firm to hire an IT Analyst to support its growing technology function.

Working across Infrastructure, Security and Engineering, you’ll help coordinate technical projects, improve internal processes and use AI tools to automate manual work. This is a broad role with exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to take increasing ownership as the business grows. It would suit someone who is technically curious, highly organised and enjoys identifying problems and following through on solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate IT projects across technical teams, tracking priorities, dependencies and delivery.
  • Support infrastructure buildouts and technology requirements across offices.
  • Manage procurement, contracts, renewals and internal tracking processes.
  • Improve documentation, reporting and information sharing.
  • Identify gaps in existing workflows and introduce practical improvements.
  • Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot to automate recurring tasks, reminders and reporting.
  • Work closely with engineers, vendors and business stakeholders to keep projects moving.

What you’ll bring

  • Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in IT analysis, technical project coordination, IT operations or a similar role.
  • Experience working alongside Infrastructure, Security or Engineering teams.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities.
  • Clear communication and confidence gathering requirements from different stakeholders.
  • Enough technical understanding to discuss IT projects, ask useful questions and understand dependencies.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve how you work.
  • A university degree, preferably in Computer Science, STEM or another technical discipline.
  • Initiative and a willingness to take responsibility for varied projects.

What’s offered

  • Exposure to senior leadership and several technology teams.
  • Ownership of projects and improvements that support the firm’s growth.
  • Scope to broaden your technical and operational experience.
  • Compensation open for discussion, depending on experience.
  • Based in London, with four days per week in the office.
