This is a broad, high-impact opportunity to work across technology projects, process improvement, automation and AI initiatives, with exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technology projects across IT infrastructure and business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and workflows.
- Work with AI/LLM tools to drive efficiency and automation.
- Manage documentation, contracts and reporting.
- Coordinate projects across technology, middle and back-office teams.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A technical mindset with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in IT operations, business analysis or project coordination.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
