A top-tier crypto trading firm is looking for a senior Data Engineering leader to join as Head of Data Analytics in London. This is a strategic hire to lead and elevate a recently merged global data team.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver impactful data solutions.
Design and maintain scalable data models, pipelines, and APIs.
Ensure high data quality, lineage, and governance.
Translate business needs into actionable technical plans for the team.

Ideal Profile

7+ years in trading, fintech, or high-frequency environments.
Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with modern data warehouses (ClickHouse, Snowflake, Postgres, etc.).
Experience managing data transformations; leadership experience is a plus.
Understanding of trading workflows or market data feeds highly desirable.
