The role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the full recruitment cycle from day one and quickly take ownership of your own desk. You will:
- Build relationships with clients and candidates in the global finance and fintech market
- Source, headhunt and engage talent through LinkedIn, phone and your own networking
- Win new business and develop long-term client partnerships
- Manage candidates from first conversation through to offer and placement
- Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary and hiring strategy
- Work towards targets and celebrate wins with the team
What we are looking for
- A degree, or graduating in 2026
- Resilient, competitive and driven by results
- Sporting background is a must - you may have been part of societies/committes or played sport professionally growing up
- A strong communicator, comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly
- Curious about finance, fintech and global markets
- Coachable, with a real appetite to learn and progress
- No recruitment experience needed. A background in sport, hospitality, retail or sales is welcome
