The Role

We’re looking for high-calibre individuals from leading redbrick universities who have competed at a high level in sport and are motivated to succeed in a high-performance environment. This role is suited to those who are eager to translate their teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking skills into a rewarding career in recruitment.

As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer at Radley James, you will be based in our London office identifying and engaging top candidates for roles within the fintech sector. While experience in recruitment or fintech isn’t required, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset are essential. Full training is provided to help you build market knowledge and develop into a confident recruiter. After your first year (perhaps sooner) of being successful in the candidate space, you will transition to working with clients. In this role of business development, you will be required to win new business and be in a position to consult and advise clients on their hiring processes.

Who you are

  • You're a recent graduate with a passion for sports (2026 Grads will not be considered, this is an immediate start)
  • Competed in a sports club and played at University Level or similar
  • Someone who is "salesy"
  • Someone who is money-motivated and ambitious
  • You have a point to prove and are hungry to learn with a restless desire to always win
  • A good blend of professional and outgoing personality that clients, candidates, and colleagues will warm to; you welcome meeting new people
  • You champion others to bring out the best in everyone and you’ll help shape our culture.
