Finance Business Analyst

Our client in the Japanese financial group and investment bank space has an expanding technology centre in London and is currently seeking an AVP, Finance Business Analyst to be part of their technology team, liaising across tech and front office. This role requires someone with an accounting & finance background, experience working in an IB, and some understanding of Interest Rate Derivatives, ideally, as well as experience in Regulatory Capital and Liquidity measurement such as LCR and SA-CCR.

This role is a full-time, regular employment and not C2C/contract and will be on a hybrid setup (3x week in the office in London).

  • AVP level candidate (minimum 6 years) – solid experience in Financial Business Analysis
  • Good and sound knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives, Regulatory Capital, and Liquidity measurements
  • Experience working for a top-tier bank or consultancy.
  • Preferably with leadership experience
