The Role

We’re looking for high-calibre individuals from leading redbrick universities who have competed at a high level in sport and are motivated to succeed in a high-performance environment. This role is suited to those who are eager to translate their teamwork , discipline , and strategic thinking skills into a rewarding career in recruitment.
As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer at Radley James, you will be based in our London office playing a key role in support our US Director (based in New York) in identifying and engaging top US-based candidates for roles within the fintech sector. While experience in recruitment or fintech isn’t required, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset are essential. Full training is provided to help you build market knowledge and develop into a confident recruiter.
After you first year (perhaps sooner) of being successful in the candidate space, you will transition to working with clients. In this role of business development, you will be required to win new business and be in a position to consult and advice clients on their hiring processes.
