This Treasury Analyst position sits within the Treasury team and reports to a Senior Treasury Manager. It's a chance to get hands-on with the mechanics of protecting the group's financial position, contributing to cash optimisation and helping shape a function that is still being built out. Day to day, you'll touch cash management, repatriation of funds, forecasting and reporting, plus liquidity, intercompany lending and debt servicing. Over time you'll pick up real technical depth alongside regular contact with senior leaders, banking partners and international markets.

What the Role Involves:

  • Preparation of the group's consolidated cash position each day across multiple currency pools, working out what treasury activity is needed and putting it through once signed off.
  • Owning the accuracy of a weekly cash report.
  • Helping keep on top of liquidity and short-term cash movements, including processing transfers.
  • Feeding into the wider forecasting cycle for cash flow alongside colleagues in the business.
  • Contributing to how surplus cash is moved back to where it's needed and tracking balances held globally.
  • Assisting with the upkeep of the intercompany lending book.
  • Acting as a point of contact for the business and the wider function on bank-related queries and platform access.
  • Keeping bank account records and signing authorities current and accurate.
  • Helping prepare reporting tied to external borrowing - covenants, interest and hedging obligations included - on a quarterly cycle.
  • Flagging where existing ways of working could be improved or automated.
  • Involvement in the rollout of a new treasury system as the function modernises.
  • Be comfortable with change and ambiguity and appreciation of a Private Equity owned environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Some background working in treasury within a corporate setting involving cash or liquidity.
  • A meticulous, detail-first approach to your work.
  • Familiarity with online banking platforms used to manage corporate accounts.
  • A working knowledge of core accounting concepts and how finance processes fit together.
  • Confident, capable use of Excel.
  • Comfortable managing your own workload and juggling several priorities at once.
  • Well organised, with a track record of hitting deadlines.

On Offer:

A genuine platform to develop specialist treasury skills while working closely with senior stakeholders across a large, international operation. Expect backing in the form of structured development and a supportive, ambitious team around you.
