Our client, a global leader in property management and investment, is seeking a Data & Systems Administrator with deep back-end TRAMPS system expertise to join their Central London-based EMEA HQ. This pivotal role bridges the Client Accounting and Data Management teams, playing a key part in ensuring data integrity, system performance, and process automation across the property portfolio. This role will pay £35k - £45k base salary plus great benefits, hybrid working and a central London office location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full back-end administration of TRAMPS, including system maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting batch/posting errors.
- Open and close accounting periods, correct system-level posting issues, and manage access controls for TRAMPS users.
- Run and interpret system integrity checks and audit reports, resolving anomalies proactively.
- Liaise with the TRAMPS helpdesk to log and escalate complex system bugs or functional limitations.
- Manage bulk data uploads using Structured Data Load, including client/property/unit/lease setups.
- Oversee data migration activities for onboarding of new portfolios – ensuring alignment between source systems and TRAMPS.
- Lead on uploading lease data via Lease Factory and manage exceptions and escalations relating to data delays or quality.
- Collaborate on the 2025 charge automation initiative, including requirements testing and system integration design.
- Maintain and develop scheduled and ad hoc reporting, ensuring seamless data flows from TRAMPS to reporting layers.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to drive automation and efficiency across property management accounting functions.
- Maintain robust controls over the lease charge data flow between TRAMPS, Charge Raising Dashboard, and reporting tools.
- Generate and interpret audit trails for lease charges, tenant demands, and system-driven invoicing.
- Support P2P (Proactis) integration with TRAMPS, maintaining data accuracy and assisting with issue resolution.
- Act as first-line technical support for internal TRAMPS users, addressing queries on system behavior, lease configuration, or reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Client Accountants, Property Managers, Credit Control, and Treasury to troubleshoot data flow and documentation issues.
- Oversee supplier data verification (banking, onboarding) using MOJO and telephone checks for compliance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Advanced working knowledge of TRAMPS (back-end focus) – ideally within a commercial property or service charge accounting environment.
- Experience with bulk data uploads, system testing, upgrades, and back-end administration.
- Solid understanding of lease, unit, and service charge structures within a property accounting context.
- Proficient in Excel (Advanced), SharePoint, and ideally familiar with Proactis P2P and MOJO.
- Highly analytical, detail-focused, and able to identify inefficiencies or anomalies in system data flows.
