London (Hybrid: 3 days per week, increasing to 4 days in Q4) £80k - £100k per annum (DOE). This is initially a contract position for 9 months starting ASAP and candidates must be able to commit to 3 days a week in the London office (4 during the 4th Qtr busy period).
We’re partnering with a high-growth, international consumer technology business to hire a Digital Trading Lead. This is a pivotal role sitting at the intersection of Finance, Marketing, and Customer teams, driving profitability and shaping strategic decisions through deep, data-led insights.

Recognised as one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech businesses, they have consistently featured in major growth rankings and continue to scale internationally, with the majority of revenue coming from outside the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Senior Leadership team to drive growth and sales through in-depth and insightful analysis.
- Revenue & Trading Analysis: Own and analyse key commercial KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, CAC, contribution, ROAS, and margin.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver clear insights on acquisition and retention performance, constructively challenging stakeholders where needed.
- Forecasting & Modelling: Lead country-level forecasting, identifying key revenue drivers and optimisation opportunities.
- Commercial Insights: Proactively identify growth, efficiency, and margin improvement opportunities, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Data Visualisation: Build and maintain automated dashboards (e.g. Looker) to provide real-time business performance insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner cross-functionally across the whole business.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Background in D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth digital businesses (ideally global).
- Strong academic or professional grounding in Finance, Economics, Data, or Business.
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
Skills
- Advanced modelling, forecasting, and cohort analysis capabilities.
- Strong Excel/data manipulation skills.
- Excellent commercial awareness, particularly within digital commerce.
