London (Hybrid) | Listed Clients | Fast Progression

A high-growth boutique Advisory firm is hiring a CA / ACA-qualified accountant to join its Management team in a senior, client-facing role. This is a rare opportunity to step into an outsourced CFO / Financial Controller position, working directly with listed and PE-backed businesses across LSE, AIM, AQSE and ASX. You’ll gain immediate exposure to boards, CEOs and investors, with real responsibility from day one.

This will be hybrid (3/2) in their London office and will pay £70k-£75k depending on experience + bonus and the opportunity to be remunerated by clients once you take a board seat.

The Role

  • Act as Outsourced CFO / FC for a portfolio of listed and high-growth clients
  • Deliver management accounts, board packs, budgeting, forecasting & cashflow modelling
  • Lead audit coordination and prepare UK GAAP / IFRS statutory accounts
  • Work on IPOs, RTOs and fundraisings, alongside brokers, NOMADs and lawyers
  • Support IFRS conversions and complex accounting matters
  • Mentor junior team members and help shape scalable finance functions

About You

  • CA / ACA (or equivalent) with ~3+ years’ PQE
  • Some post Qualified experience in industry and experience working in / with listed businesses
  • Audit-trained with strong technical accounting skills (IFRS exposure essential)
  • Commercial, proactive and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with listed companies, transactions or IFRS projects is a plus
