Management Accountant (London Area)

Are you a practice trained Accountant with strong exposure of monthly reporting and group consolidations?

If so, Radley Green are seeking a Management Accountant to join our clients Finance Team on a short term basis, for an initial period of 3 months.

This is a hands-on role supporting the finance function through a key transitional period. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to year-end audit readiness. This role will be pivotal in aligning historic financials with forward-looking reporting, creating a strong foundation for continued financial clarity and compliance.

The role is based in the West End and will be in the office 4 or 5 days per week.

It is paying up to £60k pro rata + overtime + a strong bonus incentive.

Key Responsibilities

• Refine and backdate financial reporting, including adjustments to the Chart of Accounts
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and coordination
• Design and implement structured monthly reporting processes
• Carry out routine finance operations and support with ad hoc financial analysis

Experience & Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Previous experience in a professional practice environment (top 20 firm or equivalent)
• Strong exposure to group consolidation, developing monthly reporting frameworks, and financial reporting clean-up and alignment
• Demonstrated ability to streamline and improve financial processes
• Proficiency with Xero is essential
• High attention to detail
• Logical and systems-oriented approach
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
