Radley Green is partnering exclusively with a global, private equity-backed technology business undergoing a period of rapid growth and transformation, to recruit a Senior Group FP&A Manager. This is a high-impact role reporting directly into senior leadership, with the opportunity to build and shape a best-in-class FP&A function in a fast-evolving, international environment.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading critical initiatives including M&A, systems implementation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all Group FP&A activities including monthly reporting, budgeting, and reforecasting
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 FP&A Analysts
  • Partner with the CFO and Head of FP&A on strategic projects (M&A, board reporting, financing)
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and insight to senior leadership and exec teams
  • Support group-level business partnering (e.g. third-party spend)
  • Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools, and systems

About You

  • ACA / CIMA qualified with strong industry experience (TMT sector preferred)
  • Proven track record within FP&A in a large, complex or PE-backed environment
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance detail with strategic thinking
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in FP&A
  • Background in a multi-entity, multi-region business
  • Driven, ambitious, and eager to grow within a high-performing business
