Radley Green is working with a growing business looking for a new Senior Accountant. The business is based in Central London and has been growing at a fantastic rate and, due to a promotion, is now looking for their new Senior Accountant. The role will report into the Finance Director, manage 1 person, and run everything reporting related for the growing business. The role will pay £55k-£65k + bonus and great benefits depending on experience. The FD is looking for someone who can grow into the role and full training and development will be given, so candidates can be Finalist or Qualified.
Key Responsibilities
- Report into Finance Director and work with the senior management team
- Manage 1 junior team member
- Own the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
- Ownership of the month-end process
- Development of all finance systems and processes
- Be a key point of contact in the external audit process
- Manage VAT and all tax processes
- Work closely on the cashflow forecasting process
- Develop Budgets whilst working across the business with Heads of Departments
Key Characteristics
- Nearly or Newly Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant
- The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
