Radley Green is partnering with an international law firm hiring a Resource Allocation Manager for its London Corporate team on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile role working directly with partners - ideal for a Resource Manager from a large professional services or law firm.
Acting as trusted adviser to the partner group, you'll own the allocation and deployment of fee earners - balancing profitability, capacity and development - while using data and reporting to guide staffing decisions.
Location: London – 3 days in office
Salary: £80k-£90k depending on experience + bonus and great benefits.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners on resourcing, meeting regularly with partners and BD to track pipeline, workload and availability.
- Present capacity and resourcing updates at partner meetings, recommending practical solutions - particularly around leave, secondments and long-term absences.
- Oversee annual leave and absence planning across the partner groups to protect utilization and keep work flowing efficiently.
- Work with the Talent team to support inclusion priorities and share resourcing insights for performance and promotion processes.
- Champion the adoption of resourcing tools and process improvements, working with technology teams to keep systems and data accurate.
