Central London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Radley Green is partnering with a start-up Accounting-as-a-Service business looking for a Cloud Accounting Manager to join its newly launched practice focused on supporting start-up and scale-up businesses. Backed by an established £20m revenue group with 500 clients forecasted to be onboarded within 3 months and 1500 within the 18 months. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping processes, client delivery, and the future growth of the team.

Reporting directly to the Practice Director, you will become one of the first strategic hires within the division, offering significant long-term progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a Xero specialist who enjoys combining client-facing implementation work with internal training, process improvement, and operational support. You will lead the adoption and effective use of Xero across both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences and scalable support processes within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with the implementation and migration to Xero
  • Deliver a structured and seamless onboarding experience for new clients
  • Provide ongoing guidance and best-practice support to clients using Xero
  • Design and deliver Xero training sessions for internal teams across Customer Success, Operations, and Onboarding
  • Act as the escalation point for complex Xero-related queries
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues relating to integrations, workflows, and system usage
  • Identify recurring issues and improve processes, documentation, and training materials
  • Create scalable support resources including guides, FAQs, and training content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and operational efficiency

About You

  • Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or cloud accounting environments
  • Experience supporting Xero implementations, migrations, or onboarding projects
  • Confident troubleshooting complex Xero-related issues
  • Previous experience delivering training or coaching internal teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
