A leading fashion retail business is looking for a Head of Financial Operations to lead the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Stock Control teams during an exciting period of transformation. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll play a key role in financial controls, reporting, and system implementation projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all transactional processes. This isn’t just another 12-month contract – it’s a chance to drive real change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Who you are:
- Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with strong technical skills
- Proven experience implementing financial controls & robust processes
- Experience managing a varied Financial Operations team
- Operating a centre of excellence in a change environment
- Advanced Excel skills (Microsoft Business Central & Power BI? Even better!)
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading & mentoring the AP, AR & Stock Control teams
- Driving process improvements & efficiencies across finance operations
