You’ll take ownership of finance, data, and change management across the group, playing a central role in reinventing how they plan, merchandise, and buy - bringing fresh thinking and modern tools to an industry in need of disruption. AI and data-led insights are key enablers here, and we're looking for a CFO who sees their potential and knows how to turn them into action.

  • Lead and scale the group finance function to support global growth and performance.
  • Drive financial strategy, investor reporting, and commercial decision-making.
  • Oversee transformation projects across planning, merchandising, buying, and supply chain.

  • Support buy-side activity and prepare the business for a value-maximising exit.
  • Partner with leadership on long-term strategic planning and capital structure optimization.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a CFO or Group Finance Director in a fast-moving, PE-backed or high-growth business.
  • Strong exposure to data transformation, systems change, and digital/AI integration.
  • Fashion/retail sector experience is a plus, Ecommerce is a must!
  • Do not apply if you haven’t managed a minimum of £250 T/O business be that as a Divisional Head or Group Level.
  • A natural change agent - commercially sharp, people-savvy, and hands-on when needed.
  • High emotional intelligence and the resilience to navigate rapid evolution.

The Reward

£300k - £350k base salary, competitive bonus, significant 7-figure wealth creation opportunity at exit within 3–5 years.
