Commercial Finance Manager – 12 month contract
Location: Central London
Salary: £70k-£80k plus great benefits from day 1
Please note - candidates must have previous Construction experience - specifically providing financial support to Commercial Leads on construction projects. Without specific construction experience our client will not consider your profile.
Radley Green is working with an industry leader looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to drive financial management, control, and advisory support within a dynamic Business Unit. This is a high-impact role, partnering with commercial leads and project managers to influence financial decisions, challenge forecasts, and deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with commercial and project leads to drive performance and financial accountability.
- Provide robust financial insight, challenge budgets/forecasts, and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Oversee project financials, cost control, risk management, and compliance.
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Business Unit.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across finance, commercial, and corporate services.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years’ experience.
- Strong track record in Finance Business Partnering and commercial finance.
- Skilled influencer with excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Comfortable with risk, ambiguity, and problem-solving through data.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Experience partnering non-finance on construction projects.
