We are working with a well-established and growing telecommunications business based in central London, who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support their commercial and sales operations team. This is a key support role within the business, providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to ensure sales processes run smoothly from initial enquiry through to order completion and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and commercial teams
  • Processing sales orders, contracts and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintaining customer and sales data within CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinating with internal teams (finance, operations, provisioning) to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
  • Supporting with quotations, renewals and contract amendments
  • Assisting with invoicing queries and liaising with finance where required
  • Preparing basic sales reports and management information
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on sales administration matters

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Support or Commercial Admin role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
