We’re partnering with a rapidly growing international consultancy headquartered in Central London, now expanding across Europe and North America. As the business scales, we’re looking for a qualified, driven Commercial Finance Manager to support the Finance Director and play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, performance, and strategic decision-making across the group.

This role will pay £60k-£65k plus bonus and great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercial analysis, financial modelling and performance insight to support strategic decisions across international markets.
• Partner with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, influence planning and improve profitability.
• Lead multi-currency P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development that supports commercial growth.
• Own monthly management accounts for group and subsidiary entities.
• Review and prepare month-end journals including accruals, prepayments and payroll.
• Drive improvements in reporting quality, visibility and consistency across regions.
• Oversee balance sheet and bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Produce cash-flow forecasts and commission reporting to support commercial decision-making.
• Strengthen financial controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead preparation of audit files and work closely with external advisors.
• Oversee AP/AR processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.
• Work with the Finance Director to streamline processes, modernise reporting, and embed scalable finance practices.
• Support operational teams globally with financial guidance and actionable insight.
