Billings & Settlement Manager

Radley Green is working with a fast growing global Telecoms business to recruit a Billings & Settlement Manager for their London-based Operations team. This role will sit within the Ops team and work closely with Finance on all areas of the Billings Cycle. Candidates MUST have Billings experience in a Telecoms environmen t. This role will pay £55-£65k plus bonus, hybrid working and great benefits. The Role: Reporting to Business Operations, you’ll lead the full billing and settlement lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and partner reconciliation across B2B and B2C MVNO traffic. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-toend billing and settlements, including data processing, invoice generation, and dispute resolution. Oversee partner settlements and ensure compliance with contracts. Collaborate with tech, finance, and commercial teams to maintain accuracy in rating and usage. Automate billing processes and lead financial close activities. Analyse data to identify issues and drive improvements. Manage billing platform providers and enhance operational efficiency.
