Radley Green is working with a fast growing global Telecoms business to recruit a Billings & Settlement Manager for their London-based Operations team. This role will sit within the Ops team and work closely with Finance on all areas of the Billings Cycle.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE BILLINGS EXPERIENCE IN A TELECOMS ENVIRONMENT AND MUST HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF MVNO OR MNO AND INTERCONNECT BILLING - WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE THE CLIENT WON'T CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION AS IT IS VERY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE.

The Role: Reporting to Business Operations, you’ll lead the full billing and settlement lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and partner reconciliation across B2B and B2C MVNO traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end billing and settlements, including data processing, invoice generation, and dispute resolution.
  • Oversee partner settlements and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Collaborate with tech, finance, and commercial teams to maintain accuracy in rating and usage.
  • Automate billing processes and lead financial close activities.
  • Analyse data to identify issues and drive improvements.
  • Manage billing platform providers and enhance operational efficiency.

What they need:

  • 5+ years in billing, settlements, or finance ops in Telecoms (MNO/MVNO).
  • Strong knowledge of telecom billing systems, CDRs, and partner contracts.
  • Advanced Excel/data skills (SQL a plus); ERP/billing system experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident in cross-functional collaboration.
