An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Radley College. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the College's residential and communal areas.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that work is delivered efficiently in line with set schedules and procedures.
  • Lead by example, work alongside the team, and take pride in delivering a consistently excellent environment for students, staff and visitors.
  • Play a key role in staff development, including induction, training and ongoing performance support, and monitor cleaning standards through regular audits and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of team supervision.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexible, proactive approach with resilience and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including occasional early mornings, evenings or weekend working.

Working Hours

The hours of work are 0800 - 1445, working five days out of seven.
