The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key hands-on role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. This position ensures the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and responsive housekeeping service across the College. The department operates seven days a week, year-round, providing essential services to both the College community and its external commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a designated housekeeping team to ensure high-quality service delivery in line with set schedules and procedures.
  • Assist the Housekeeping Manager with meetings, staff inductions, and return-to-work interviews.
  • Provide one-to-one training and conduct monthly cleaning audits.
  • Give feedback to staff, uphold health, safety, and security standards, and assist with events, lettings, and internal moves.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments; resolve staff issues, log maintenance requests, and track jobs scheduled for completion during school holidays.

Schedule

This is an all-year position working 16 hours over Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
