We are looking for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for horticulture, excellent plant knowledge and a commitment to achieving high standards. Whether you hold a recognised horticultural qualification or have developed your skills through practical experience, you will be someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in your work and is keen to continue learning and developing professionally.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, comfortable working independently or as part of a close-knit team, and able to adapt to the changing demands of a busy and varied horticultural environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
