Overview
Radley College is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Bursary Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy Bursary team.
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and pupils, you will play a key role in providing an efficient and welcoming reception service while supporting a wide range of administrative functions across the College.
Responsibilities
- Managing enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Coordinating travel and taxi arrangements
- Supporting meetings, documentation and maintaining website content
- Assisting colleagues across the Bursary team
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Highly organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, databases and other digital systems
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
