Accurately pick Web, Wholesale, and Retail orders using handheld scanning devices, ensuring adherence to KPIs, productivity targets, and quality standards. Pack Web, Wholesale, and Retail orders to a high standard, ensuring correct labelling, presentation, and quality control checks to minimise errors and prevent returns, in line with KPIs.
Carry out comprehensive quality control inspections on products, identifying defects or discrepancies and ensuring only goods meeting company standards are approved. Process returns efficiently across all business streams, ensuring accurate assessment, documentation, and appropriate resolution. Complete product rework activities accurately and within required deadlines, maintaining quality standards and achieving set targets.
Receive and process inbound deliveries, conducting thorough checks for damages, shortages, and quality issues before sorting and allocating stock for storage. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, both manually and using appropriate Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Previous experience using MHE is desirable; however, full in-house training will be provided.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and yard, ensuring a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and management, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and a collaborative one team culture.
Provide administrative support to Team Leaders, including booking transport, waving orders, ensuring operational efficiency. Support stock control activities, including stock counts, consolidation, location checks, and inventory accuracy.
Continuously develop skills across operational specialisms such as Systems, Transport, Returns, Rework, MHE, Health & Safety, Quality Control, Fire Safety, and First Aid. Support the training and development of colleagues, including MSOs and seasonal staff, and undertake acting-up responsibilities when required.
