The EFI Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead payroll, HR data, and recruitment functions across FRA Academy and the wider group.

You will ensure data integrity, compliance, and insightful reporting to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will manage payroll, pensions, contracts, statutory reporting and HR systems, while developing the recruitment team to provide a high-quality candidate experience.
