Job Description

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with general enquiries
  • Providing a friendly and helpful service, displaying a passion for customer service
  • Accurately updating and maintaining an in-house system, processing mid-term adjustments and cancellations on existing policies
  • Collecting payments for amendments or missed direct debit payments
  • Solving customer queries throughout the life of their policy and general administration
  • Document processing, letter writing, dealing with the setting up/cancellation of direct debits

What do we expect of you:

  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
  • Used the CRM Acturis before (not essential but preferred)
