Our finance and commercial departments have a broad range of specialisms. We are responsible for all aspects of pricing, budgeting and business partnering. We complete all financial accounting, financial control and compliance, management reporting, treasury and taxation. Our operational teams are responsible for processing over £4 billion per annum of customer sales invoices and supplier payments.
You will join a fast-paced department that works dynamically to help drive the growth of the business. You will develop your analytical capability to provide critical business insight and reporting. The finance and commercial department are central to the pricing, billing and payment cycle of the business, at the heart of everything we do here at Radius.

Ambitious individuals can advance their career and professional development through a range of finance qualifications. These include CIMA, ACCA, ACA and AAT along with other specialist training programmes on taxation or treasury management. We are accredited by CIMA and have mentoring programmes for graduates with support from experienced, qualified accountants. There are also many opportunities for career progression for those not looking to pursue a professional qualification. Many of our senior team in Finance and Commercial started their careers in entry-level roles at Radius.
Our department is divided into five core areas, each with a director leading these activities; divisional finance teams for fuel, telematics and insurance, telecoms, a commercial pricing team and a group finance team. We regularly recruit across all areas of expertise including transactional processing, graduate, accountant, data analyst and specialist senior finance roles. We look for people who pay attention to detail, have excellent analytical skills and are able to work to tight deadlines.
