Radius is looking for an Agile coach / Consultant for their client going through a transformation.

  • Coaching and working with Pods / Teams
  • Supporting ways of working against company objectives
  • Governance
  • Assess Pod performance through improved new ways of working health check allowing for delivery, governance and reporting best practices to be embedded
  • Embed consistent ways of working, including Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, and Agile ways of working playbook adoption
  • Build self-sustaining Pod and functional capability across the client through coaching, training, and governance enablement
  • This engagement will optimise and embed consistent agile ways of working across the client to enhance the performance of Pods and squads, improve delivery planning and reporting, strengthen governance and enable effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • The engagement will support the mobilisation and continuous improvement of both new and existing Pods, establish standardised delivery practices, and build sustainable internal capability aligned to the One Playbook and strategic business priorities.
  • Design, standardise and embed consistent ways of working across Pods and squads, Operating Mechanism, workflows, usage policies, dashboards and supporting business processes to drive delivery and embed reporting consistency
  • Coach Pod members, Pod Leads and enabling teams to strengthen agile and product led ways of working, fostering high performing, cross-functional and multidisciplinary Pods with increased ownership and collaboration.
