- Maintain excellent pipeline management by promptly following up on all leads, diary appointments, and callbacks to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience in every interaction, building strong rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities during the fact-find process, supporting clients with broader insurance solutions while driving business growth and increased revenue across Radius.

- Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and marketing principles, including pipeline management and lead conversion.
- Resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to handle objections and rejection while maintaining motivation and performance.
- Experience using CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and lead generation tools is advantageous, supporting effective pipeline management and sales tracking.
