Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Supervisor to join the Energy sales team, growing the company’s volume and revenue in line with our agreed plans.

The role …

We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.

You’ll report to our Sales Director on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Outbound Sales team, ensuring targets and performance standards are met.
  • Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and development to new and existing Sales Agents to enhance confidence, skillsets, and productivity.
  • Lead by example to cultivate a high-performing, growth-focused sales environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales Support, Referral Team, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact through to renewal.
  • Identify and promote value-added opportunities during customer interactions to improve retention, upsell, and renewal rates.
  • Support management by driving team performance and contributing to overall sales results.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate sales records, dashboards, and reports to track team performance and provide actionable management insights.
  • Foster a motivating and supportive team environment that encourages growth, high performance, and long-term retention.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff as required.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer or team issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and motivational skills.
  • Ability to motivate, drive and develop a successful tele-sales team.
  • A ‘can do’ positive attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to commute between Belfast, Dundalk, Dublin, and Newcastle (GB) offices when required

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Supervisory Role
  • Previous experience working in the Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland Energy Industry.

Additional Information

  • The role will occasionally involve client, supplier and other external meetings and visits to our other offices to support.
