We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our top performing team in Ipswich. Our sales roles are integral to our business, responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, driving business growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Promote our wide range of products, including Fuel Cards, Telematics solutions, Telecoms services, and more.
- Support customers through the sales process, from initial contact to product activation and ongoing relationship management.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the ongoing growth of our divisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- A driven, target-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to customer needs and feedback.
- Previous sales experience is desirable, but we are also open to motivated individuals eager to develop a career in sales.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs is beneficial.
