Job Description
We\\u2019re looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join one of our growing sales teams across Radius. You\\u2019ll be contacting existing and potential customers to introduce them to our innovative products and services, supporting them in finding the best solutions for their business needs. You\\u2019ll play a key role in generating new opportunities, building customer relationships, and helping drive commercial growth. As part of your day-to-day role, you\\u2019ll learn how to communicate effectively, understand customer requirements, and manage the full sales process all while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to earn, learn, and build a strong foundation for a career in sales.
Sales Apprenticeship Programme (S.A.P)
As part of your role, you\\u2019ll be enrolled in our Sales Apprenticeship Programme 00 a structured development journey that runs alongside your Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship qualification. This programme is designed to support your success not only in your apprenticeship but also in building the key skills needed for a long-term career in sales at Radius.
You\\u2019ll Join a Wider Community Of Apprentices From Across Our Different Business Units And Benefit From a Wide Range Of Development Opportunities, Including
- Sales and professional skills workshops
- Networking events with colleagues and leaders across the business
- Mentoring support through our mentorship scheme
- Ongoing learning experiences to support both personal and professional growth
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Radius products or services utilising pre-determined sales scripts and templates
- Answer questions about products or Radius as business
- Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Keep internal communications up to date and well informed
- Use your initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Qualifications
- Committed, focused, and ready to balance full-time work with studying a Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Motivated by targets and driven to achieve (and exceed) goals
- A team player who also takes ownership and works well independently
- Persuasive and resilient, with the ability to handle objections
- Flexible and open to learning new tools, techniques, and ways of working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Either achieved or on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent qualifications)
- Eager to grow, improve, and build a successful career in sales
- Strong academic background (year 11 leavers will be considered)
