Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a sales focused individual or if you are looking to kick start your career in sales to join a friendly but growing team.
Salary: £26,000 + OTE
What You Will Be Doing
- Contacting potential existing customers to upsell our business Mastercard (Velos) and as part of the sell explaining to them how Velos can benefit their business.
- Supporting our customers through the sales process from credit applications, activations and helping them to get up and running with their product.
- Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and its customers.
- Driving conversations with our current clients to understand their requirements and discussing any potential or current challenges their businesses are facing and how Velos can solve those issues.
- Working towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast‑growing division.
Qualifications
- GCSE or Equivalent, Maths and English qualifications.
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Driven, target‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to customer needs and feedback.
- Previous sales experience is desirable – we are looking for motivated individuals eager to develop a career in sales.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs is beneficial.
