Job Description
The role of
Returns Assistant is important to us.
You will be responsible for making sure all returns are processed accurately and within the allocated timescales and all returns related queries are dealt with swiftly.
We would love to welcome you to our
Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Your responsibilities day to day will be…
- Ensuring all returns are processed accurately and within the agreed SLA’s, updating all necessary records.
- Actively reacting to queries in the Returns general inbox and processing tickets where necessary for follow ups within a timely manner.
- Managing all returned stock, including testing, refurbishment, and accurate categorisation of devices for re-sale.
- Support with all goods entering the company, by following the Goods In process and liaising with the Inventory Team.
- Assist with any hardware configuration and set up in readiness for use by the Dispatch team.
- Assist with training new members of staff on all Returns related processes and procedures.
- Undertake training for and adhere to all Health and Safety, Manual handling processes.
