Radius is seeking a Rental Assistant in the United Kingdom to support the fleet hire function as a Rental Desk Operative and to deliver excellent customer service. You will help monitor, move, and maintain the fleet while keeping systems accurate and up to date.
You will take on-hire and off-hire bookings, build relationships with customers, liaise on ongoing rental inquiries, ensure accurate billing, and work with sales to communicate vehicle availability.
