Company Description Radius is a global provider of connected technology solutions including vehicle tracking, dash cams, asset tracking, fuel cards, insurance, telecoms, EV charging, and energy. Our telematics platform supports over 60,000 businesses across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia, and Australasia. We combine innovation, customer focus, and scale to help fleets operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably. As our product portfolio grows and evolves, we are recruiting a Product Marketing Manager to deepen our customer understanding, strengthen our go‑to‑market execution, and elevate how we communicate product value internally and externally.

Job Description

Product Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind how we position, communicate, and launch our telematics products and features across the global Radius business. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, customer experience, and sales, making it central to ensuring that product development translates into meaningful customer and commercial impact. You will own the full lifecycle of product marketing – from customer insight and competitive analysis, through go‑to‑market planning, to customer education and ongoing engagement. You will also play a key role in shaping how customers understand and engage with our products to drive value within their businesses. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who understands SaaS‑style product marketing and is excited by the opportunity to influence both product strategy and customer experience at scale.

Customer Insight & Product Understanding

  • Build a deep understanding of how customers use our telematics products and features.
  • Identify usage trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Gather customer requirements and insights through data, interviews, feedback sessions, and collaboration with Customer Service, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor what products and tools customers are using within and outside Radius to inform product direction.

Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Own regular competitor analysis for the telematics portfolio, monitoring new launches, positioning, pricing, and capability changes.
  • Produce actionable insights and reports for leadership, product, and marketing teams.
  • Help identify opportunities for differentiation in a competitive market.

Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Planning & Execution

  • Manage GTM planning for all new feature and product releases.
  • Coordinate internal communications, timelines, launch assets, and readiness activities in conjunction with marketing colleagues, and across sales, product, customer service, etc.
  • Work to ensure launches and campaigns drive adoption, upsell, and customer value.

Product Content, Collateral & Enablement

  • Own the creation and maintenance of product‑related content – brochures, one‑pagers, sales decks, FAQs, explainer videos, platform screenshots, and more.
  • Support Sales and Account Management with clear, compelling enablement materials that help them sell confidently and accurately.
  • Ensure consistency of product messaging across all channels and markets.

Customer Engagement, Help & Training Content

  • Manage in‑platform customer engagement, including product guides, tooltips, help articles, and customer notifications.
  • Own the customer help and training programme, supporting the production of relevant content and materials.
  • Develop content that improves onboarding, product understanding, and feature adoption.

Internal Training & Learning Support

  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to plan and deliver product training and education for internal teams.
  • Ensure teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and International markets have the knowledge they need to represent our products accurately.

What Success Looks Like

  • New product and feature releases are adopted quickly and successfully.
  • Internal teams feel informed, aligned, and confident in our product roadmap and messaging.
  • Customers understand our products, discover new features easily, and are supported with clear, engaging in‑platform content.
  • Competitor insights help shape our marketing and product decisions.
  • Sales have the tools they need to win more deals and articulate product value.
  • Customer usage insights directly influence product development priorities.

Benefits

  • 25 Days annual leave
  • Excellent training and coaching
  • Opportunities for ongoing development and progression
  • Life assurance
  • Competitive base salary
  • Rewarding bonus scheme
