The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is to take inbound calls from clients nationally, as well as transfer warm calls through our internal lead generation team. The role also includes outbound calls and working with our exclusive client base at Radius. Calls will involve new and existing customers requiring Hire and reward insurance within a 30‑day window of their Renewal date. You will have access to over 8–10 insurance markets, built on 42 years of strong business relationships. We would welcome you to our new Leeds office, working hours Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Your Responsibilities Day‑to‑Day Will Be…

  • Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from prospecting customers to run through a fact find to determine their demands and needs for insurance requirements.
  • Shop the panel of insurers to try and establish the cheapest rate while ensuring all client demands are included.
  • Negotiate better rates and discounts through our panel of insurers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets.
  • Follow up with potential customers promptly from diary setting and call backs.
  • Have a positive attitude toward customers in all interactions and establish a positive rapport.
  • Identify cross‑sell opportunities from the initial fact find to support the client in having a more comprehensive insurance policy across their business needs, driving sales and income growth across Radius.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Organised, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales funnels.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools will be beneficial, but not essential.
