We support our customers with a range of products and services to meet their needs. We are seeking a focused, dynamic, and self‑motivated individual to join our Asset Team, based in Six Hills.
Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain and logistics of vehicles purchased
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships with manufacturers, dealers, funders, etc.
- Support customer pricing and deal sheets
- Complete accurate updates on inbound assets, including any additional equipment requirements
- Provide a smooth delivery process in line with sales/branch and customer expectations
- Identify new processes, development and systems to improve service to end users
- Support remarketing team with advertising, call handling and admin
- Provide reporting in a timely and consistent manner
- Day‑to‑day administration duties
Qualifications
- A strong communicator with the ability to work across all skill‑set levels (upward and across internal and external stakeholders)
- Excellent administrative skills and good knowledge of systems and Microsoft applications
- Positive can‑do attitude with the ability to think, act and adapt
- Ability to work at pace, under pressure, and ability to demonstrate examples from current or previous roles
- Strategic thinker with ideas, approaches and a vision that supports the ongoing and future development of the team and its tasks and activities
