We support our customers with a range of products and services to meet their needs. We are seeking a focused, dynamic, and self‑motivated individual to join our Asset Team, based in Six Hills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supply chain and logistics of vehicles purchased
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships with manufacturers, dealers, funders, etc.
  • Support customer pricing and deal sheets
  • Complete accurate updates on inbound assets, including any additional equipment requirements
  • Provide a smooth delivery process in line with sales/branch and customer expectations
  • Identify new processes, development and systems to improve service to end users
  • Support remarketing team with advertising, call handling and admin
  • Provide reporting in a timely and consistent manner
  • Day‑to‑day administration duties

Qualifications

  • A strong communicator with the ability to work across all skill‑set levels (upward and across internal and external stakeholders)
  • Excellent administrative skills and good knowledge of systems and Microsoft applications
  • Positive can‑do attitude with the ability to think, act and adapt
  • Ability to work at pace, under pressure, and ability to demonstrate examples from current or previous roles
  • Strategic thinker with ideas, approaches and a vision that supports the ongoing and future development of the team and its tasks and activities
