Radius is seeking an ESG Environment and Sustainability Manager for our client within a critical environment. This position covers compliance with ISO14001, ISO50001, GHG Protocol/ISO 14064, GRI, CSRD, TCFD/TNFD, regulatory requirements and new environmental standards which may be beneficial to the company.
Reporting compliance and sustainability initiatives to shareholders is a key element to the role. Ensure that our current and future business complies with all Environmental legislation. Ensure business units have effective framework of controls, policies, and compliance processes to protect against identified environmental aspects & impacts.
This position is also responsible for developing a sustainability roadmap/strategy with an emphasis on environmental and social impact and accelerating companies progress with sustainability commitments. The role will be part of a team leading the integration of high priority sustainability goals, technical data centre sustainability concepts, and defining and messaging company positions and leadership in our industry.
This role will have a deep and meaningful impact across the business in response to growing customer and regulatory pressures. Responsible for managing externally appointed auditors and for the maintenance of environmental standards.

- ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
- ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems
- Industrial Emissions Directive (IED)
- Climate Change Agreements
- Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme
- Streamlined Energy & Carbon Reporting
- Pollution Inventory Reporting
- GHG Protocol calculations, reporting & accounting practices
- CSRD, EED, TCFD, TNFD
5+ years related experience preferred (Desired technical experience in data centre or technology sector environmental management, environmental regulations, energy or renewable energy, sustainability, or CSR/ESG). Technical understanding of 14001, 50001 and GHG Protocol standards, knowledge of requirements for process management and improvement. Working knowledge of environmental legislation including CCA, IED, ESOS, TCFD/TNFD, CSRD, EED & SECR.
